These terms cover voidlit.com, the playtests we host, and the VoidLit Discord. VoidLit Studio is a studio of KPsN Inc. ("we"). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. Do not try to break, overload, or get unauthorized access to the site or our playtests.

Playtests

Playtests are unfinished. We provide them "as is", without any warranty. We can change or stop a playtest at any time, without notice. Your save data or progress can be lost.

Conduct

In playtests and on the VoidLit Discord, treat other people with respect. No harassment, hate speech, cheating that harms other players, or spam. We can remove anyone who breaks these rules.

Our content

KPsN Inc. owns the games, art, music, and the VoidLit brand. You may use the press kit to write about our games. Do not copy or sell our content otherwise.

Your feedback

If you send us feedback or ideas, you give us a free, permanent license to use them to improve our games, without payment or credit.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, KPsN Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, that comes from using the site or a playtest.

Governing law

The laws of New York, USA govern these terms.
